Happy New Year!

This month will officially start our monthly update blog! We’ll still have our more structured blogs but this gives us a chance to share pictures from throughout the month and an update on what we got into throughout it.

Unfortunately, January hasn’t been very exciting in terms of events. My work has been up and down in terms of stress, and both of us are dealing with some serious seasonal depression. We did manage to get more cottage pies done for the freezer this month and we both got new glasses! I’ve never had glasses before and I only need them for night driving but my God what a difference. I used to completely lose the road if a car was coming at me. Now I can see the roads clear as day at night, even in poor conditions. And Quin got a fresh new prescription and they spent a good couple of days just seeing the world “In 4k”.

We were also gifted a Naked Necked Frizzle from our friend James. They are full of life and chirps and are just the ugliest cutest thing ever.
