February wasn’t a very busy month around here. The seasonal depression kicked in really hard most of the month and each day felt like we were just trying to get through to the next. What we did have was one of the coldest days I’ve experienced in a long time. It dropped down to almost -40 at times with the wind chill. Where I had to work was the only area in the province that also had snow.

We did end up accomplishing some minor cooking with an amazing 48h brisket.
